All of our cotton fabrics are made from a mix of virgin and recycled cotton, which were designed by us then handwoven and dyed by our artisans in Java. Our garments are manufactured in a small workshop in Indonesia.Â

NATURAL FABRIC This garment is made from natural fabrics such as cotton, linen or silk. Natural fabrics are woven or knitted from fibers which derive from animals or plants and are less polluting to the environment compared to synthetic fabrics such as polyester. |

HANDWOVEN FABRIC This garment is made by hand, our handwoven fabrics include our mulberry silks and cotton wovens and stripes. Handwoven fabrics are made using a handloom that does not use electricity. This technique allows the weaver with alternatives and solutions in opportunities to work with minimal waste. |

NATURALÂ DYE This garment is dyed with natural dyes from plants harvested in local farms located in Central Java, Indonesia. The Indigo dye was extracted from the Tinctoria plant and the Oat dye was from the Tegeran plant. Using natural dye reduces the amount of chemicals used during the textile process. |

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY DYE Our environmentally friendly dyes are from DyStar®. These dyes are Azo-free which makes them non-toxic. |
