We accept bank transfers for Indonesian orders and payments via Paypal for worldwide orders.
For Indonesian orders using bank transfer, you can shop directly on the website and complete the purchase. Orders will be processed in IDR (using the IDR prices on the item's product description) and an invoice will be sent directly to your email after the order has been confirmed.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Items are sent using JNE and EMS International - postage rates vary on location and weight of the package.
Domestic Shipping within Indonesia usually takes 3-5 business days. If you would like instant delivery, we can arrange items to be sent using local instant couriers (e.g. Gojek or Grab). This service is only available for the following areas - Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi. Alternatively, you may also arrange to send a courier to pick-up your package from our location.
International Shipping can take up to 14 business days, dependent on where you are. If an order is urgent, please email and let us know, we are always happy to help where we can.
Although rare, please be aware that international custom charges may occur for parcels sent abroad. This is out of our control, and we encourage customers to source this information prior to purchase. Please ask your local postmaster for more information.
Stain is not held responsible for missing items during shipment. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Returns & Refunds.
We strive to ensure you are perfectly satisfied with your purchases. However, in case you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for an exchange of garment on the terms that:
- The item is unworn, in its original saleable condition, with the tag on.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- The item was not bought at discounted price.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your parcel to authorise an exchange. Please include a picture so we can access the problem if faulty.
Please note only items purchased on the Stain website can be returned to for exchange. Items purchased in third-party stores, must be returned to their original point of purchase.
We do not offer any full refunds.
You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges upon return. As postage is non-refundable, refund will be issued for the product only.
