Returns & Exchanges
We strive to ensure you are perfectly satisfied with your purchases. However, in case you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for an exchange of garment on the terms that:
- The item is unworn, in its original saleable condition, with the tag on.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- The item was not bought at discounted price.
- The item was not bought from a collection tied to any non-profit or charitable initiatives.
- The return or exchange claim was made within seven (7) days of receiving your parcel.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Customer name & order number
- State the issue
- Include a picture (if faulty)
- Product you want to exchange with (name of product, color, size)
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to investigate your exchange claim. You will be notified if your claims have been approved or denied.
Please note only items purchased on the Stain website can be returned to for exchange. Items purchased in third-party stores, must be returned to their original point of purchase.
We do not offer any full refunds.
Shipping charges are non-refundable as cash, credit and/or exchanges. You are responsible for additional shipping charges for exchange of products.
