Delivery time frames indicated are business days. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, Indonesian public holidays, governmental holidays and other unexpected circumstances outside of our control (e.g. riots, lockdowns etc.)

International Customs Duty

Missing / Lost / Damaged Items
Stain only uses trusted couriers for shipment. On the rare occasion that your package is missing, lost or damaged during shipment, Stain is not responsible to provide any refunds or reimbursements. You are responsible for filing any claims with the couriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
